Case 1. "I was repairing a fork lift on location and severely burned my hand on a very hot exhaust pipe. When I screamed, a researcher who happened to be in the shop saw the accident and quickly grabbed a container of the water and had me submerge my hand in it. I went back the next day to get more of the water for my hand had not blistered and there was virtually no pain. I wanted some of the water in case I burned myself again."
